Minimums

Opening order, $120; reorders $80

To qualify for wholesale purchases, Retailer must be a valid retail business with a current business license certificate (or state equivalent). Retailer must provide a copy of their business license certificate along with their Tax ID to PupTots.

Order process

You will receive a notification if your account is approved. Upon approval you will be able to log into the PupTots website as a wholesale customer and access our wholesale pricing. Wholesale pricing will be reflected on each product page.

Lead-time

Please expect at least a 2-3 business days lead-time to fill wholesale orders. Depending on inventory and quantities ordered, there might be a longer lead-time. We will inform you if any item is out of stock, or if there are expected delays. Please plan ahead to account for the lead-time AND shipping time when you have an upcoming event or before the holiday season. If you have an event that requires a rush please let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Retail Sales

No products purchased from or produced by PupTots shall be resold by Retailer through any location other than the Retailer’s website or brick and mortar store.

We are designating all 3rd party marketplaces as restricted to authorized sellers.

MAP

All our products have a Minimum Advertised Price. We require that customers advertise the current products at or above the Minimum Advertised Price.

Shipping

Currently we ship all US domestic orders via USPS or UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking, once your order is ready. Orders will ship upon payment.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card. At this time, PupTots is not extending credit terms. All orders must be accompanied by credit card payment in full.

Damaged Items

Please report any damaged or missing items within 5 days of delivery via email wholesale@puptots.com.

Returns

PupTots does not accept wholesale returns except in the case of a shipping error or manufacturing defect.

Product availability may vary, and we cannot guarantee the availability of all products at all times.
